Hi, I am Lisa, I am the Founder of Taflynn Worx.
I have been a worker bee straight out of High School and now have 14 years of working experience. I started my working career with a part-time job at 18 years old working as an Admin Assistant. And I immediately fell in love with helping people achieve their day and saving them time.
Later on, I became a Personal Assistant to a Financial Advisor, and since then I have filled roles such as Receptionist, Sales, Recruitment Agent, Business Administration, Senior Coordinator, Executive Assistant, and Office Manager.
Today I am known for holding others accountable to achieve their business goals. I've worked across industries, making me a diverse individual, such as Retail, Social Impact, Engineering, Training, and Recruitment.
By having my own business I get to help women like me, looking to create a business with their skills and experience, and wanting to make their dreams of working from home come true.
I am a member of the Virtual Assistants Association of South Africa (VAASA), which is a non-profit Association founded in 2016 for the benefit of all virtual/remote administrative professionals in South Africa.
Recently I have become a member of We Are Virtual Assistants (WAVA), a community of like-minded and skilled professionals who are committed to building a rewarding career as virtual assistants.
We've had the awesome opportunity of collaborating with SALT: The South African Legal Technology Network in July 2022! SALT Network aims to connect all South Africans working or interested in law, technology, and its intersection. Check out this video and learn how Virtual Assistants can add value to small law firms and legal practitioners.
The Global Tech Leaders’ Podcast is delivering business leaders and individual contributors with actionable insights to hit their numbers and figure out the nuances of truly operating a business globally today.
eBizRadio focuses on business news and insights for the African Marketplace. As the way we work has changed and we now have a mix of remote and hybrid working and having a VA (virtual assistant) has now become the new way of doing business. For many business owners, CEOs, Managers, and Entrepreneurs outsourcing the work that takes up your time and takes away from being able to do what you do best, having a VA now takes over those tasks for you.
